Where are your proxies located ?

We currently have these locations :

  • Canada

  • Germany

  • France

  • Poland

What's Infinity-Filter Mitigation capacity

Our layer 3 and 4 mitigation is able to drop 17Tb/s+ of malicious traffic.

Our layer 7 mitigation is able to stop around 20 millions request / sec.

Are you planning to add more locations ?

Yeah, it's planned and will depend on the demand.

How does the pricing work ?

We have a dedicated page that explains it here.

How long until my Geyser IP is delivered

For now it can take up it to 24 hours but is most the time around 1 hour. We are working on an automated process without us having to deliver it.

Do you support Badlion anti cheat ?

Yes we do, if you have any problem just contact us on discord.

Do you support voice plugins ?

Yes we support most voice plugin depending on how they work, but you will need a dedicated Geyser IP for it to work.

What payment method do you support ?

We currently support credit card for automated payment and PayPal.

Can I upgrade my plan without paying the full price ?

Yes, it's already put in place, when you bought a plan and want to upgrade to the next one it will only cost you the difference.

Do you offer trial period ?

Yes, we do offer trial for bigger plan than the free one, simply contact us on discord to get one.

What is the max player option ?

Depending on the plan you have chosen, you have a max player limit, with the pro plan you are limited to 200 max players, if your server have 200 players and another player tries to join he will get a "Server is full" message

Do you have an API ?

We don't have an API for the moment but its planned and will be out very soon :D

Can a single domain redirect to a single backend

As of right now, the entire group of a domain in a network redirect to the backends by doing load balancing. If you want a domain / subdomain to redirect to a specific backend you need to create another network.
